    Arm saw motor won't run
    I have an old DELTA ARM SAW #438-02-314-0911 MOTOR model #c48yzft-241 volt 115/230, amps14/7.0 rpm 3450 when I turn it on it just hums and when I spend it with my hand it turns real slow.

    Humming on start means there is usually a problem with the start winding. If we assume capacitor start, that' where to check and replace.
