Says aux heat is on but blower doesn't come on.Why?

Lots of reasons to look into,, have you looked at the furnace ? What is working ? Is it gas? Or electric? Is the power on to the furnace?, and what? Says aux heat is on? Are you just reading the tstat? If you can`t find /or know how to find any of these answers you need to make a phone call to the man that can help you locally,, the trusted HVAC service man

OK,, blower is working,, are you talking about the main blower that should be blowing air into your house? Or the smaller induction blower?, your first post said(but blower doesn't come on.Why?)

The blower or something is on because it is blowing cold air in the house
