    Solenoid valve in refrigeration system
HI I have a question about Refrigration system that has two evaporator in one line, and each one has solenoid valae. What I want to know, why each one has solenoid valve, what is the purpose of that?

Do you know what a solenoid valve is... the question is missing some informations.. it could be use to control the temp without cycle off the compressor

Sounds like he's describing a thermostatic expansion valve.
A thermostatic expansion valve ( TXV) is a device used to meter the flow of liquid refrigerant entering the evaporator at a rate that matches the amount of refrigerant being boiled off in the evaporator. Like all the other metering devices it also provides a pressure drop in the system, separating the high pressure side of the system from the low pressure side. Thus allowing low pressure refrigerant to absorb heat onto itself.

There are some older systems that used two solenoid vlaves. But they also had two high pressure lines coming from the condensing unit. One line went to the metering device and worked as the airconditioning part of the system. The other line would reroute the freon to bypass the metering and therefore heat the evaporator coil instead of cooling it. As one solenoid opened the other closed.

But two on one line I have no idea what it is used for unless it is just teed off instesd of haaving two high preasure lines... if you find out what it is for I would love to know .

Solenoid valve is used to control the flow of refrigerant flow in refrigeration liquid line

One refrigerant system but two evaporator two solenoid mean there are two purpose, each room having separate thermostat, when a room reached setting temperature thermostat will give signal to relative solenoid then it will close and refrigerant won't go to same evaporator, until reached ct in temperature, but other solenoid and evaporator will run usually, system will run but relative room only will not get above set tem,,

What is this refrigeration system cooling? Does it have two condensors or two compressors. Need more information.
