I have read a few comments about wrongful termination in Arizona on this site and wanted to hear some opinions on my situation.

I have gotten into some personal accident and was hospitalized for 2 weeks. However, after a week of my hospitalization, I was informed that I was fired from my job. I have been working at this job for over 1 year and over 1250 hours.

My question is, I would like to know if this will be considered wrongful termination since I'm ready to work and it's been less than 12 weeks since my accident. Another thing that I think I should mention which is important is that the business has less than 50 employees.

It is not nice, but I don't see anything illegal. How and when were they notified of you being in the hospital
