I have a j1 visa and my wife have a j2 visa. If we make a baby here we can stay here. Without home country 2 years rule.its possible,we can stay both or only one person. Give me a reply .

Though your child obtains US citizenship by place of birth, but this does not mean that the parents, you and your wife, can legally stay in US without proper visa. You won't be able to obtain green card, etc. However, if the child grows up and meets the requirements to petition immigrant visas for the parents, he/she can do so.
