How do I levy my ex husbands bank accounts to satisfy a jugement in Texas?

In my divorce in Texas- The Judge ordered my ex to pay 4 items "By Judgement". Should my attorney have given me separate papers on these items and had them filed in the real property records? He's not paying or returning calls.

You need to go back to the court and obtain a Writ of Attachment. You will need the bank info to get this. You then have the writ served on his bank.
