    Sweage smell in house
    I have had a sweage smell in the house we had the septic tank drained last week but the smell didn't go away we have up stairs and a basement and also I would like to know if this gas is dangerous please someone help I'm tired of smelling s--t

    Sewer gas is a health hazard to your family. It contains methane which can be explosive. Check the floor drain trap and any other that's not in use. Sniff around and tell me where it's the strongest. A sink drain, a toilet base, etc. Let me know, Tom

    It smell worse in the basement and around the laundry room sometimes you can smell it in the bathroom down stairs but a lot of times its all over the house
