I'm writing this from a new Dell laptop (Studio 15) but I don't understand your statement "but too bad i don't know how to off the monitor while the download stil running" - could you rephrase it?
Since a laptop LCD does not have its own power button you'll have to get Windows to do it for you.
Go to > Start button / Control Panel / Hardware & Sound / Power Options.
Click the “Create a power plan” in the left pane. Set a low number of minutes where the display turns off. You can see the screens here (and more info on Power Options):MCTS 70-620 TechNotes - Configure Power Options
In the Power options, select "Choose what closing the lid does" and set it to "Do nothing." Then, whenever you want to shut off the monitor but leave the computer on, just close the lid. The computer will remain on and your internet download will continue.
