My friend says Its been a month since her last period, and she's actually right on time. On Sunday she started having brown spotting till about Tuesday. Today (wednesday) she is bleeding red clots. However, when she is wear a pad.. Its only spotting.. But when she wipe there is a large amount of red blood & red clots. She thinks she's not pregnant. What is going on? Is she pregnant? Is it a miscarriage?

It could be due to a pregnancy... only way for her to know would be to take a pregnancy test. Some women will have some unusual spotting or bleeding in early pregnancy. It may also be just her period is off this month.
