OK guys I'm 19 years old I have a bump on the head of my penis and I also have burning and really sever itching around the head and urethra but here's the twist I'm not sexually active and I never have been someone please tell me what to do before I itch myself off

Is the bump a hard knot or something like a pimple? Did it just come up or has it been there a while? Are you circumcized or uncircumcized?
In any case, I would suggest that you see a doctor because this could be a yeast or fungal infection. If you can't get an appt right away, you might try using an over-the-counter medication for jock itch.
