Hi, I have a jet pump system, had trouble getting water, thought it was my pump so I got a larger hp pump( 1hp) still no luck, sometimes I can't get enough water to brush my teeth, the water stops and the pump won't shut off, I have to turn off the breaker to the pump and leave it for a while , then turn it on and usually it shuts off. There are 3 houses on the same well, my house is in the middle, and I'm the only one having trouble . Running out of ideas. Do anyone have any suggestions!!

Tom, not sure what you mean by same point, each house have their own jet pump.

But do they all connect to the same well point,(see image) or does each pump have its own well point? A well point is the lowest section of the suction line down in the well. Cheers, Tom

Yes , all on the same line, from well to the first house, then branches off to my house, and line continues to the third house. Jet pumps in each house.

If the first and third house has pressure then I would give a har look at the branch that supplies your house. Purchase a hose bib pressure gage,(see image) and let me know what the pressure is when nothing is calling for water. Now have someone open up a cold water faucet and flush a toilet. What's the pressure drop when they do this. Let me know, Tom

Hey Tom, very seldom can we wash our hands and flush at the same time, if this happens the pressure goes to 0 psi.

Let me know what happens at the hose bib. A hose bib is usually connected directly off the house supply. I want to know it the problem is in your house or in the line feeding your house, Regards, Tom

We don't have a hose bib, last year we discontinued our old house line and ran a new line from our pump to the main line which continues to the third house, and nothing changed.
