I have a 99 Honda Civic, and it will not start, don't know much about cars. However the engine will not kick on. When you insert the key and turn you will hear it crank but engine doesn't rev up. Check the batter that was good, and also checked the fuse to the fuel pump that was good. I do have a full tank of gas too so any ideas? Be advised I am no guru on cars so lay man terms does help. Thanks.
