so my x and me had been dating for a year and things where great then she cheated on my and I took her back the next day and things where great again for about to days when she started habgin out with her friend and now she says she needs space and that she hasn't ben emotionaly in this for like 2 months but then when where to gether she is really into me but then her friend comes into play and she wants nothing to do with me

Give her space, and more importantly, give yourself space from her. She cheated on you and she still has your emotions in her pocket. Be fair to yourself and leave her in the past.
