I am very new to this... I have been on the pill for over a year. I don't miss any pill... now about one week before my period, I have started to bleed, but I only bleed after my fiancé and I have sex... it is very light and red. I don't bleed at all during the day or at any other time. It is only when we have sex.. I am going to call the doctor on Monday, but I am very confused and worried can someone help me please!!

Welcome to the forum. Sorry I did not see this post until today, but I don't think you have much to worry about.

I also had a similar problem when I was in my 20's. It took me a while to understand that having sex, and feeling sexy were two different things. When I felt sexy, I lubricated, and was more comfortable with my b/f. When I just had sex, and we were too young to understand that foreplay was also meant to 'get ready' for sex,and not just to 'go at it', I spotted a little too. I now realize that it was because I was not relaxed and lubricated enough, therefore, causing a little chafing due to the dryness.

But, go to your doctor for reassurance, and also try a little lubricant.
