"My hair is blonde and I got brown lowlights yesterday but they turned out too dark and the brown and blonde mixed together look somewhat grayish. I want to go back to all blonde, what is the best way to go about this with out having to bleach it?

In order to make your brown lowlights blonde, it has to be bleached, and then toner is deposited. If you're not satisfied with the color, you should go back to the salon to have it fixed.
