Seeing the will of a step-father
Does a step-child have the right to request to see the will of the step-partent even though you were not adopted by them? Also if you are listed in the will does the lawyer or the family notify you?

If you are listed in the will the lawyer or family should notify you.

Unless you believe you are a beneficiary of the will you have no legal standing. If you are the executor, or probate administrator will notify you. If they haven't and you believe you are named, you will need to file a petition with the probate court to determine if you are.
