I have a felony charge but I wasn't convicted..
In the state of Florida I received a "withold of jutication".. Am I considered to be a felon and will it compromise any chance I get from acquiring a employment.. Thanks

I don't know what that is. Did you plead guilty to something, but that some form of probation and/or community service would "remove" the conviction, or "seal" it or "expunge" it or something like that?

If so, then you shouldn't have a record... But, bureaucrats aren't always very good at doing their jobs so I would run a background check on yourself to find out for sure.
