    F250 7.3 Powerstroke won't start after 1 day
I have a 2002 Ford F250 7.3 Powerstroke diesel that is having a problem starting. Both batteries are fairly new, and both tested locally which showed no problems. The truck also has a Edge Power programmer. When I first installed it, the truck would be unable to start if it sat for 5 to 7 days. Since then, I unplug the Edge Power programmer every time after I drive the truck. Now, within 1 day I do not have enough juice to start my truck instead of every 5 to 7 days. The glow plug relays have been checked. Any suggestions on what the problem may be? Any information would be appreciated!

Try switching back to stock and see if the situation improves. The ECM may have been corrupted.

My experience with performance "add on" electronic packages has been a disaster--they work for a while and then start cutting out, leaving you beside the road. Inevitably, there's something quirky about them. They don't have the "military-like" reliability I want. In my opinion, going back to stock is the best thing to do, particularly on a diesel workhorse.
