Number one, I hate it when guys use girls. She deserves better, way better.

He is an to this girl, he just uses her for sex. He even went as far as to slap her. Now I truly hate guys like this, the only problem is that he is one of my really good friends. But I'm starting to think that he isn't even a really good friend in the first place. Hes always a head, rude you name it. Im not afraid of him, but I just let it go because its just little that he does. Its starting to get to me because of the amount of times he does this little . Its annoying and I'm thinking about either A. calling him out about it so we can settle it by talking, or just not hanging out with him anymore.

But back to what I'm on here for in the first place.

He says he doesn't like this girl but he lies to her all the time, just to get sex. It pisses me off and makes me want to fight him. But I don't think its truly worth it that much. He is also very controlling of this girl, he can't stand it when guys talk to her on myspace or text her, its like he wants to control her just to make himself feel better or some ed up like that.

Im too good of a guy to let this girl get hurt any longer, I need help.

You should always pick your friends carefully. They could get you in a lot of trouble. If you care about the girl tell her that you do, and tell her that you will be there for her if she needs you.
This girl needs a guy like you to take up for her. Girls love it when males take up for them. I am a woman so I can tell you. We should pick our music and our friends and find ones that are of good quality. Do what is in your heart and what you feel is right.

I'm glad that you can see what this guy is doing is wrong and he's basically a huge douchebag.

Girls definitely do appreciate it when a guy stands up for them (coming from a girl as well). But more than that, this guy is ABUSING her. If he's slapping her, and using her like that. That is NOT okay.

If you care about her, tell her that. Tell her that he is no good, and she deserves better. Be honest. And tell your friend that if he has any balls at all he'll stop using a girl and do something worthwhile with his life.

but owell, I have to choose a time to stand for my moral values sooner or later...

plus the girl isn't interested in me anyway I can tell, but I'm still going to stand up for her just because she is a girl...

No you never have to fight anyone you handle it as a mature person, you tell hm he is wrong, and stop hanging with him. After that you can tell the girl the truth,
But any girl who will let herself be slapped and stay with the guy already knows he is a jerk.

That is really nice and caring of you to stand up for her.
Don't fight this guy though. Not physically, if that's what you're implying. You would only be stooping to his level. Words are a lot more powerful in the end. It would cause a lot of stress for her if you decide to fight him. You don't want that do you?
Just tell him that it's not all right or acceptable, what's he's doing, and let her know that she deserves much better and that you are there for her.

Besides, if you fight him, that won't really solve the problem. He needs to have this lesson hit home, but not through fists. Bruises heal, but emotional and mental scars are forever.

No need to fight, tell the girl what he is doing, tell him to stop being a jerk towards girls, because I have been treated like this by guys I don't even no, well part of the=is anyway. But the more power they think they have the more they will do this girl will be hurt when you tell her,they may argue, you just be there when they do, then if he harms her then you kick his sorry .he shouldn't be treating her like this, I hate it when guys do it to me. You are right, I finally realized how infantile fighting is, I know I could beat him in a fight, or come damn close. But I don't have to prove that to everyone else. I know so that is enough for me.

Also, the girl could be very confused and lost so she doesn't know what to do.

Instead of stopping hanging out with the kid I'm going to try to help her, even though its too late for him and her to be together, that doesn't mean I can do right with me and her and straighten him out too...

You're a real help, keep it up Fr_Chuck, you give good advice.

Just tell him that it's not alright or acceptable, what's he's doing, and let her know that she deserves much better and that you are there for her.

I think hitting a girl is dishonorable, and besides your opinion, knowledge, and honor a man has nothing but his family and his girl.
