Is this Legal? How can our Country allow this? Is there anything I can do to save this girl?

This is absolutely illeagal. An American can marry a non-American person only after they know each other for two years. Then, if they marry, the non-American gets a marriage visa and after 5 years of being married the non-American becomes a citizen... I have been talking about this with my father like two years ago, sorry if I have the wrong facts...

To the point: go to a police station, tell them the name etc. The authorities will probably arrest them both... they will send the alien back and the boy can be arrested for some amount of years... a) for corruption, b) for cheating the country or whatever...

However, I am not entirely sure.

All I know for sure is, that it is illeagal and that there will be consequences.

The girl is doomed and so is the boy.
