Well this is going to sound quite silly but the other night I ate my dinner and it was really hot but I didn't know that so when I took a bite it burnt my top right gum
After like an hour it started to swell up and hurt like hell
After like 2 days it still hurts and I looked at it in the mirror it is blood red colour and stings whenever I talk because my tongue rubs up against it. It hurts to drink cold water or eat and I keep playing with it and it actually bled abit once
Is it just a bad burn or has something happened?

It sounds just like a bad burn. Give it a few more days and you should be fine. You can apply Anbesol to it to make it more comfortable for eating.
