Gum pain and weird mouth issue
    Ok, here goes.

I have my wisdom teeth in.
I have multipal chipped teeth due to a tongue ring.
I have no medical or dental insurance.

The question I have is two fold.

One, my bottom gums near my wisdom teeth (and a little behond) hurt and are super sore mostly when I eat and when I touch them with my tongue. What can this be from?

Two, today I felt a weird pain in my bottom teeth so I checked in the mirror, I don't know how to explain it but my bottom gum seems to be pressed through my bottom tooth! Its red and sore.

What can this be? And does it have anything to do with the wisdom teeth?

It hurts in a dull pain way.

    What can I do?

Sounds like very advanced gum disease. Do you have loose teeth as well ? If so, I would get to the dentist asap and have it all checked out. Infection in the mouth can lead to infection within the entire body and to heart disease.

No loose teeth, but when I brush my gums bleed.
The top gums don't hurt. This thing with the bottem gum going through my bottom tooth has happened once before and I went to the dentist and asked if they would send me a bill because I have no insurance and they said they needed payment right away.
I showed the receptionst my bottom tooth with the gum sticking through and she said rinse with salt watter. I did that when I got home and it went away. That was a while ago and now it did it again.

Bleeding gums is a sign of infection. As a temporary fix again rinse with warm salt water. Gently brush around the wisdom teeth with a soft toothbrush. You could also dip a cotton swab in a mix of 3% hydrogen peroxide and water (50/50) and swab around the wisdom teeth.

The "bottom tooth" you are talking about, is it in the front or back of your mouth?

You should really get to a dentist. It sounds like you may have an acute infection which as tickle says can run through your whole body giving you a feeling of unwellness.

You need a cleaning and you need to floss and brush more... those wisdom teeth may need to come out... Google "Pericoronitis"

Grandma, your name is misleading, how old you are ? Grandmas can be anywhere from 30 to whatever nowadays.

    Thanks Thanks Thanks to everyone!
The tooth I was talking about was bottom front.
It has gone down but the gums on the side near wisdom teeth are sore.
They only hurt when I'm eating something hard or spicy or if I touch them with my tongue.
By the way Im NOT a grandma. That was a stupid mistake I made when entering my user name. I meant to use it as my password, as in MY grandma so I could remember it.
    Now I'm stuck with it!

I wish I knew what this was.
    No money for a dentist.
