I wish to find out the relation of watts to lux and specifically to how many lux do 32 watts equate.

Lux are a unit of luminosity, whereas watts are a unit of power. The device you are using should have some kind of lux/watt curve, which might be on a data sheet - but if you're just talking about a standard bulb, it might be hard to find.
