Probably the caliper froze up.

Thake your truck to a reputable shop and have your brakes inspected.
Many shop will do an inspect and estimate at no charge.
Don't hesitate to seek other opinions from other shops, but don't shop for just price. Ask about their technicians qualifications and repair warranty.
