My wife and I are divorced and she is trying to cancel my dependent visa. If I want even I can cancel her visa because she has forged all the certificates and experience letters to get her H1. She cheated USCIS in all possible ways to get her h1. Is there any way I can complain to USCIS and cancel her H1. Please let me know.
Even if I can cancel that I won't do that because if I does that there is no difference between her and me.

There is no such type of procedure.

I know you are angry but I suggest you concentrate on your issue if you want to remain in US. Your anger may lead to many serious troubles.
