Can't think of name of 70s/80s animated short movie.
The villain of this movie was a floating orb-shaped guy who took all the people of the village (adults and children) and turned them into blocks (or block-shaped people) tobuild a city. One child hid from him when he took his/her parents, and then must go on to try and defeat the villain and return all the people to the village. I know this sounds weird, but I would really like to figure it out so I can put my hands on it. Thanks for your help!
