Does anyone remember the name of this late 70's, early 80's cartoon about a black kid that rode a skateboard and, along with his kid sister, solved little mysteries. He wore, like, a Kangol and was real cool. I think it was part of Seasame Street or Electric Company or 3-2-1-Contact or some educational program. It's been buggin me for years. Yes, years!
