    I didn't sign the ticket.
I live in Ohio and I was in a car accident today. I was at a stop sign and pulled out and someone coming from my right hit me. I had a stop sign they did not. I understand I am responsible for paying for the damages to the other persons car. I've never even been pulledo ver before. I have zero points on my license and would love to keep it that way. The officer who came to the seen wrote me a ticket for failure to operate vehicle properly at stop sign, but she didn't have me sign it. Is there anything I can do?

Not really, a standard ticket is merely a summons to appear, a person may depending on the event, pay the ticket or appear in court.

If you try and pretend you did not get a ticket, and don't go, they will merely hold court without you, so showing up is needed.

Assumig you did not make any statements to prove you guilty to the police, it will be up to them to prove the case
