I'm interest in the Wall Mount Extension Mirror however I want to know if I can use the heavy-duty mounting tape instead of screws to prevent holes (apartment).. any suggestions?
Scotch mounting tape heavy duty up to 2 lbs and Indoor/outdoor mounting tape Super heavy-weight up to 5lbs

Nope, tape won't work. The tape won't have enough strength for the weight of the mirror, extended out on the arm, or the movement of the mirror. Mount to wall using screws and plastic anchors. Repair screw hole when moving out with small (1/2 pint) container of spackling.
