OK so here's the problem I am talking to this girl who is younger then me by like 6yrs,I new she liked me for awhile now and I didn't give her the time of because I thought she was to young till my sister gave her my AIM.We started to talk and I started to like her I told her to come by and we started to hook up and talk more I feel really comfortable around her its just the age thing that's bothering me what should I do?? Sorry about the bad grammar and stuff

Remember first and foremost that at 17 if you engage in sexual relations with her it can constitute rape and you could be jailed for a long long time. After release from prison you could be labeled a sex offender and have to register with the local police.
Now, that that is out in the open, there is nothing wrong with dating a person younger than you. The whole point of dating is to try and find a person that you could spend the rest of your life with and to have children with. Again, please be very careful and until she is at least 18, be sure you are always and only in public with other people.

This is a close one. At 23 you should be thinking about starting a career and settling down. At 17 she is likely thinking about partying and fun.

But if you get along and something is developing the age difference is borderline. As you both get older it will matter less and less.

As noted, you need to be careful before having sex with her as it may be illegal.

I too am worried about your difference in life experience. I would be very careful about getting hurt in this situation. While girls can seem to be very mature for their age, there is a difference when one of you is still in school and the other is working a 9 to 5 job or working on a degree.

I also agree with the others that you should be very careful about having sex with a minor... if you break up and she tells her parents as a way of getting back at you, you will be in serious legal trouble.

Be careful and keep your eyes open for any "red flags".

Like others have said, if you do anything sexual, it MAY be illegal depending where you live.

If I was you, I would hang out with her still and have a mature relationship, and wait a little before you start thinking are marriage and kids and such. Just have fun.

My sister is going out with someone a few years older and has been for a while. She is mature. She doesn't drink or do drugs or get in trouble. Her goal is to be super successful. If this girl you like is like that, then she very well may be the one or w/e. But take things slow, you only have to wait a year until she can do as she wants.
