I have about a 4 yr old GE washer top load. It no longer spins or agitates. After removeing the front cover, I can spin the belt/pully. Spinning it counter clockwise it does move the tub. Spinning clockwise it does not move the tub. Tranny or motor bad? Any help will be appreciated. It's been acting up lately,, like during wash mode, draws too much current, enough to dim the lights in the house in a on and off like a heart beat
