Can anyone help please... I have a 1993 honda accord ex. It has no spark at plug wires or out of coil to distributor. Key on checked for power to the coil. Have power there on one wire. The other two I have ground signal with key off on one of the wires and with key on ground signal goes away. While cranking I have no ground signal or pulse. I checked the distributor and it is turning when I crank. I also checked for voltage to the icm (inside the distributor). Have power there I think at two of the wires. Could this be the distributor or the icm? I can see the icm hold down screws are really deep in there and hard to access. Is there a trick to removing the icm.
