Condo owner forced to relocate, who is responsible?
Condo association in fl. Assesed each owner $23,000. For replacement of all underground pipes. They have been ordered to relocate for 3 months, is the associations insurance or homeowners insurance responsible for reimbursement for 3 months rental fees?

"they" are forced to relocate..? The owner, the condo association, who?

Can you try to explain the scenario a little better?

What I can tell you is that whoever OWNS each unit is responsible for the fees. It doesn't make any difference if they live there or if the place is vacant. If the fees aren't paid the association will most likely get around to filing a lien against the property and/or getting a judgement against the non-paying owner in court.
