    Dryer plug
We have the correct size plug for our dryer, but it will not fully insert itself into the wall. There is a plate at the back of the wall outlet. The house is brand new and I need to know if I need to call an electrician to come and have a look at it? Thanks Stephanie

Stephanie_Lytle - The answer to your question is { YES, call and have a electrician move it out to where it belongs, and the receptical is not back in the electrical box inside the wall. You said that the house was brand new, call the builder and have him call the electrician back out to redo his job, the contractor -builder is responsibly for 1 year on any thbing that becomes wrong , Good luck and let us know how it turns out ;;havw a great day and GOD BLESS ::F.B.E.

    I agree, call the builder.
I am curious as to this problem though. Can you post a picture of the receptacle?
