Identify artist signature on french etching-dogs in bathroom line
Please help me identify the signature of this french artist - this is a signed original humorous etching of dogs in line for a "water closet" tree - the big white bulldog points to the end of the line for the anxious, dribbling hound dog , it says, "a la queue!!" on the lower left side which means "get in line"- but I can't decipher the pencil signature on the lower R side
There was a stamp mark on the backing board for September 1960 , I think , I might be wrong it's a little smudged . And D-477- the frame was the original frame, painted white w/ a red edge stripe-measures 8 1/2" x 19"

I have a very similar piece of art, same hand-writing, same style. I purchased mine in an antique shop and it was labeled "circa 1930s-40s" The artist signature is very different, though, mine appears to be "Bach"- and mine is cats lined up to pee in a booth. The woman at the Antique store told me the artist usually did dogs, and the cats are rare, but I can't find any information on it. I'd like to find more, and see if this is the same artist.

I have 7 painting by this artist. All are humorous duck hunting scenes where the dog is laughing at the hunter who is retreiving the duck. Each painting has it's own title and Klein is the artist. I am thinking of selling them once I find out more about the artist.
