Boyfriend only likes to sit in, I don't. What is the best way to tell him?
My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 11 months. Last week I wanted to go swing dancing with him, he didn't want to go. He said he don't like swing dancing. But I'm the type of girl who likes doing different things, I've never tried swing dancing before but it looks fun. And then last night I asked if he wanted to go bowling, play ice hockey and go to the movies on Thursday. And he said he don't like bowling. He don't like doing anything but sitting in the house and watching a movie. And its starting to bore me. What is the best way for me to tell him how I feel without him getting upset? Please help.

Dump him and find someone who is more compatible with you. If you were to ever get married it will be more of the same except then you will be really stuck. He will never change. He is basically lazy or so insecure that he does not want to try.

I don't think he's lazy or insecure. He likes to stay at home where he feels safe and comfortable. You are a doer and crave new experiences. The two of you are mismatched. Marriage or continued time in the relationship will not correct this.
