    1. Have you tried turning off then turning on your desktop?
    2. When you restarted and the lights just blink, did you hear beeping sounds from your CPU?

Yes I did try turning on and off the desktop, and I did not hear any beeping sound from the cpu...

Hmmm... Try opening your CPU casing and make sure nothing's loose inside by unplugging and then re-inserting the following: The power cables, other cables, your RAM cards, your audio and video cards... Just make sure your CPU is unplugged from the power source first before you do, and discharge any static electricity you may have built up in your body by gripping the metal frame of your CPU for a few seconds before you touch your RAM and other cards... That may work

Oh yeah, make sure your video cable from the monitor to the video card is not loose/unplugged...

Open your casing and check memory , video card is losing or not. When you turn on the power , is CPU fan running ?

Try to go to BIOS .
