My friend charged my iPod and pulled the cord out without allowing it to go out and now its puased and it won't work

Did you find it? I hope it helps it worked for me.

That sometimes happens to me, try pressing the menu button and the centre button in at the same time, hold until it does something, if noting happens after say 3 minutes, then get it checked out.

Let it sit for a couple days.
