My new 6 week old puppy has worms. We found a long one in her stool. I'm very worried seeing as she's so young about what type of worms she has and if I can catch them and if so how I would catch them. I'm completely freaking out about this Please Help!

My guess would be that your puppy has roundworms, which is extremely common among young puppies. You just need to get some good dewormer and your puppy should be fine.

Since she is so tiny, I do suggest you call the vet first. They will give you professional advice on what to do and can answer all of your questions.
