I have a thermostat I am replacing. It had wires connected to RH, G, B, & W. The new thermostat I am installing has a 4-wire diagram, but it does not match my configuration. It shows connecting to RH, G, B/W & Y/O. I know RH and G line up, but how do I line up the other two wires? I would appreciate any good help I can get!

You should have four wires coming out of the wall to the thermostat. If you are lucky the four wires are of a different color. If they are find the red wire, it is the wire that carried the power to the thermostat. Have someone help you, to tell you what is happening, Tough the red wire to the white wire, I am assuming they are all different colors. Touching the red to the white should activate the gas valve on the heating system if it is gas. Touch the red wire to the yellow wire this should activate the air conditioning condensing unit. Touch the red wire to the green wire and thins should activate the blower on the air handler. If these wires are not all different color then remember and write it down which wire did what job.
I am not sure what you mean by the RH and G lining up? More than likely the Red goes on the RH and The Green goes on the G. Normally the yellow would go on the one marked with a Y and the white would go on the one marked with a W. If this doesn't help give us some more information about what you have done and what happened.
