Could you please tell me what might be the problem with my 89 daytona. It shakes when I'm sitting still it takes a while to accelerate and it blows out a lot of white exsaust.

Warped aluminum head, due to overheating, is likely allowing antifreeze to be burned. It's also common for valve damage, in situations like this.
