In my VOP(violation of probation) case here in Florida I turned myself in and was released on own recognizance pending outcome of the case. A notice of intent for Judicial notice was filed before the arraignment. I'm wondering what that motion would be used for?

I don't know. Never heard of that before. But, I'm sure there's a name of an attorney, or a prosecutor on the document whom I'm sure you can call and ask.
