My ex boyfriend and I recently had a talk and agreed we missed each other. His friend and I started hanging out and likes me and once I told him about my ex boyfriend he told me that my ex talks bad about me. I know he used to talk bad about me but I'm not sure if he recently did. I kind of feel like his friend that likes me is just telling me that so I won't go back with my ex boyfriend. Any advice on what I should do?

Stay away from the drama, until you get some facts, not assumptions, and gossip!

First, stop getting info on people from OTHER people. Even if it's true, it's seldom helpful.

Second, pick. You have to do it. So pick.

Third, pursue your choice as if it were NOT the end of the world if it doesn't work out. Most relationships don't, so accept that now. Just make a choice, pursue that choice, then admit it when/if it doesn't work out and don't be melodramatic about it.

Then, make a new choice. Keep choosing.

If everything's going great, then hang out still. Just not talk about the ex. Just say "Ooops...I dont wan to hear it. It just feels bad."
