What are the rights of a renter in foreclosure?
I M renting a home in orlando Florida just 2 months ago, recently I found out that the house is in the middle of foreclosure. The lender tells me not to worry. But where can I find out the status on the property. If I have a lease contract for a year, can I still be evicted. What are the laws in Florida? Please HELP!

You can track any legal action at the court house, it is public record once they file in court.

But you can't know how many months they are behind, and what is going on.

But yes once it is foreclosed and the lender takes over, your lease is voided, and they can evict you.

You may look at trying to buy it from the lender if they do foreclose.
