How do I find out if some one is violating their parole?
My family and I are being being stalked by someone who was just released from prison serveral states away, a few months ago. How do I find out if he is violating his parole? And if he is will can they do anything about it? The local finest won't help us, even though we have proof. What can I do? We have already gotten restraining orders against him and the police still won't do anything.
If you can help, please do so.
    Thank you

Call your local probation dept if you have evidence they will listen there the ones that will yank his probation.

What exactly is he doing ?

But you can contact the Parole officer and/or department.
But if the local police ( is that city or county) contact the attorney general

It sounds like if he was released from prison several states away he may not be on parole. You will need to have the police take a report from you for any of his violations to the restraining order and then have your attorney (you DO have an attorney, don't you) and bring this guy before the Judge who signed the restraining order and let the Judge decide.

He it says he was in for 2 counts of Burgunoccstruc/cr whatever that means.
This morning he went after my aunt with a chainsaw and we called the city police again and they said to stay away from him.

No I don't have an attorney. But I do have an appointment to speak with one this week.
