We just installed three single garage doors. Would like to put two light fixtures on either side of doors. Question: How high do I install light fixture or how low from top of garage door? Thank you

Some local codes may have a height requirement so its best to call the building inspector. In general the lights are mounted even along the lower side of the header.

The height all depends on the fixtures. There is NO standard. It's whatever looks good to you.

I have never heard of any weird requirements for this. One flood light over all three doors would satisfy code, if there were even a code to enforce.
There is no code requirement that I have ever heard of to have a light at a garage door. Only an egress door.

80" to center seems to be common for many outside lights, houses with tall walls and ceilings(large outer wall) may look better up higher. Buy the fixtures, have someone hold up in place and verify looks.
