People Complain Why We Shorter People Want To Be Tall But They Don’t Know What We Go Through There’s Always Somebody To Ruin It For Somebody Else. Short People Whom Are Shorter Then The Short Ones Asking How To Get Taller Say “Oh Don’t Complain I’m Older Then You And Shorter” But In The End If There Is A Formula That’s Home Made Vitamin Mix That’s Out There Everyone Who’s Short Would Take It For the Fact That No One Likes Looking Up To Other People….. Also Tall People Tell Us Shorter People That It’s Not All That Fun Being Tall If They Could Share They Would But In Reality Wouldn’t, Try Spending A Day On Your Knees Since You Can’t Nececeraly Spend A Day In Our Height You’ll See that Your Hobbies Will Change And You Yourself Will Change, Because The Things Your Able To Do At Your Height You Can’t Do Now. So When Someone Ask Is There Anything That Will Get You Taller Don’t Give Them A Cold “No” Because There Are In fact Things Out There That’ll Get You Taller We Just Got To Find Them, Through All Those Phony Companies That Pretend To Sell Something That’ll Get You Taller & Also Not One Thing Works For Everyone, One Thing Might Work For One Person But Not Work For the Another one; That Does Not Automatically Make It Faulty Nor Fake. It Takes Enough Balls To Ask Other People For Help As It Is….. We Don’t Need People Telling Us “No!!! So Get Over It” Because That In Fact Will!! Put Us Down In A Depressed State Especially If That Person Get’s Picked On For His Absence Of Height. So If You Don’t Have An Answer Or Something Helpful To Say To Get To The Positive Side Of The Answer Of The Question To Write Then Don’t Write Squat If You Do Then Please Do Post It. I am of a medium height, but I do understand you. I was in an elevator with my workmates (all taller than me) and one of them said, "Oh, would you, please, just stand up!" And my boss said, "Leave her alone, obviously she descends from horsemen. Have any of you ever seen a tall jokey?"

It was just for a joke, I know, but for you it is not.

I do not know of anything that make you taller naturally, but long time ago I read an article about surgery procedure. They broke the short person's legs, screwed an adjustable devise into the bone. As the bone starts to "heal", meaning forming new bone cells on the broken surface, they adjusted the device by moving the bones further apart. By doing that regularly, the bone is forced to manufacture more and more new cells, making the legs longer (and the person a bit taller) by the time they finished.

As you can imagine, it must be painful, slow, and probably not suitable for everybody. There is also a limit, so just expect reasonable result.

Apart from that, you can safeguard your present height. Proper body posture could give centimetres to your height, as slumping makes you seem shorter.

You can do stretch exercises, and muscle strengtening exercises to keep your spine happy. Collapsing vertabras could rob you a few centimeters, too !

Don't be too unhappy, try to see the world with open mind, as none of us are perfect. Many short person has a big personality !
