    Deceased Wife
My wife past away and at the time her name was the only name on the deed, after she passed the probate court granted me the home. I am the husband. Can the home be foreclosed on in my deceased wife's name if the home is now in my name?

Yes it can. If there was a mortgage on the property when your wife owned it then the mortgage lien remains on the property even though ownership was transferred to you, and the lender still has the right to foreclose. You need to refinance the property in your own name so you can pay off that mortgage loan.
