I changed Computer Box, Ignition Switch, Main Relay and Checked Fuses under dash and under hood. Car still doesn't get any fuel to engine. Engine light stays on. I probably have a faulthy wire, because I tested the terminal for main relay and all is good but except electric line for fuel. Is this also causing engine light from not going out? And if so how can I fix this Problem? Is there a diagram for the electric fuel line which I could follow it to the power source to get power to it? I need help really bad. Please help me start my car.:)

Turning the ignition switch to ON (or position II), not START, does the CEL come on and then go off after 2 seconds? If not, the problem is with the ACG (ALT) (S) 15 amp fuse (likely Fuse No. 24, in your case), in the under-dash fuse/relay box; ECM (perform the K-Test); Main Relay; or the Ignition Switch. Perform tests in that order.

Fuse No. 24--15 A, ECM, Cruise control unit, Alternator--BLK/YEL wire to main relay.
[This is the crucial ACG (ALT) (S) fuse I frequently refer to, if your Civic has the Supplemental Restraint System (which it should). If missing, or blown, the CEL will not go out and the car will not start, since it controls power to main relay terminal 5. Terminal 5 controls power to the main relay's first relay, which controls power to the ECM and fuel pump. If terminal 5 doesn't receive power, this relay won't "click," when the ignition switch is turned to ON or Position II.] Remove, clean, and reinstall the fuse. This fuse is somewhat obscure, since it's located in the upper right-hand corner of the under-dash fuse box (next to the SRS fuse).

Be sure to clean the main ECM ground on the thermostat housing.

What causes the engine light to stay on? That's the reason why the fuel pump doesn't on because when I turn ignition to number 2 it stays on.

The CEL stays on because there's a problem with the ACG (ALT) (S) fuse, ECM, main relay, or ignition switch. Normally, the problem is with the fuse or ECM. Were your replacement components new?

Using a test light or multimeter, test for power through the ACG (ALT) (S) fuse, when the igntion switch is turned to Position II.
