I received a letter on Friday that the place I am living at is going to evict me here it is Sunday and I just got served a summons and I am getting scared. There is no date on the papers as far as a court date. What is going to happen ?:(

Who was the letter from, why are they going to evict you, and where is this at.

The summons is just like the letter I received I am behind in my rent, and I am in California Solano County
